Change of Student Information

Student academic records are maintained in the Registrar’s Office. The Institute for the Psychological Sciences adheres to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 regarding the confidentiality of student records.

To make changes/updates to your name (Change of Name Form), address, emergency contact, or marital status, submit your written request to the Office of the Registrar.
