Getting to IPS

Find us on Google Maps.

IPS is located in Crystal City, easily accessible from major highways and interstates, major airports, and via public transportation. Using the Metro train system is the cheapest and most convenient way to get to IPS.

Metro Train Directions to IPS:

Take the BLUE LINE or the YELLOW LINE to the Crystal City Metro Station. (Clicking on this link will take you to the WMATA website where there will be both train as well as walking directions from the Crystal City Metro station to the IPS.)

Come all the way up both escalators until you are outside. Make a left off the escalators, cross the bigger street (18th Street), walk along Bell Street toward the CRYSTAL CITY MARRIOTT (not the Crystal Gateway Marriott), cross in front of the Marriott. Cross the next street (20th street), and you are looking at our building, 2001 Jefferson Davis Hwy.

Go around the building to the main entrance, and take the elevator to the 5th floor, Suite 511.

If the weather is bad, when you come out of the Metro take the first escalator only, then turn left into the underground walkway.  Continue on this; you will go up a few stairs, down a few stairs, but the first set of elevators you come to are to our building: 2001 Jefferson David Highway. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, Suite 511.

Parking
There are 2-hour metered parking spots along 20th Street, S. Clark Street (service road off Route 1/Jefferson Davis), and Crystal Drive.  There are 12-hour meters behind the Hampton Inn, on S. Eads Street.

There are underground public lots at the Marriott Hotel, as well as off of 20th Street between our building and Crystal Drive, and off of Crystal Drive.  Underground parking is free to all after 4pm at the Crystal Drive entrance next to Ted’s Montana Grill.

The surface lot behind the IPS building is reserved for permit-only parking.  Parking in permit-only spaces without a permit may cause your vehicle to be towed at your expense.

Airports

The Reagan National Airport is the closest and most convenient airport for arriving at the IPS. Only a mile or so away, the airport is one Metro train stop away from the IPS.

The Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) is an hour away by the MARC or Amtrak trains to transfer to the closest Metro train station.

The Dulles Airport requires a taxi or shuttle ride to the closest Metro train station.

(For Metro train directions, see above.)

Hotels

Hotels in the Crystal City area are the most convenient, and most provide airport shuttles.

Once you arrive at our building, go to the 5th floor, suite 511.
