Friday, December 10                                                    9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday, December 11                                                10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

Monday, December 13                                     9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

 

Hours During Christmas Break

Tuesday, December 14                                     9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  (closing early for IPS Xmas Party)

Wednesday, December 15-January 7                           9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 – Classes Begin                       Regular Hours Spring 2005 TBA

 

The Library/IPS will close December 23-26, 2004  and December 30-January 2, 2005.

 

 

Return of Library Materials

 

In preparation for the Christmas Break, please observe the following regarding Library materials:

 

1.      all students not registered and financially cleared for Spring 2005 who have materials checked out,

should return them by Thursday, December 16th, to ensure that fines are not accrued during the

break.

2.      Only IPS students already registered and financially cleared for the Spring semester may check out or renew materials over the break. 

3.      Students who are returning and have not registered for the Spring semester, but must/are required to check out or renew materials over the break period need to contact the Library Director. 

 

Extension of Library Privileges Over Christmas Break

 

Students who are registered for Spring 2005 classes, are financially cleared, and who desire to use Library materials over the break must do the following by December 16th , if you do not plan to return before Jan. 10, 2005:

 

            1. Complete Library registration for Spring 2005 (a very simple process of checking/updating form).

            2. Indicate your desire to use materials over the break (either via renewals or new checkouts).

            3. Make sure your materials are being renewed through January 10, 2005 (the first day of classes).  You

    may return materials prior to that time, but materials will not be due until then.
