Dr. Brugger is a philosopher and theologian. His graduate degrees are in the areas of Christian Ethics ( Oxford ), Moral Philosophy (Harvard), and Moral Theology (Seton Hall). Dr. Bruggers doctoral thesis was on capital punishment in the Catholic Churchs ethical tradition. He is author of Capital Punishment and Roman Catholic Moral Tradition (Notre Dame Press, 2003) and has published widely in scholarly and popular journals on topics related to Christian ethics and moral philosophy.

  • Hermeneutics and Research Techniques (sources of communication: logic, rhetoric, hermeneutics)
