The annual John Henry Cardinal Newman Lectures sponsored by The Institute for the Psychological Sciences (IPS) presents the first of five lectures beginning Friday, January 29, 2010.
This year's Newman Lectures address advancements in neuroscience. As the technologies that allow its study and application extend the frontiers of possibility, philosophical, ethical and social reflections arise as we approach the boundaries of what is known, unknown, and perhaps unknowable.
