Pres. Charles Sikorsky and Prof. Craig Titus Co-sign “Standing Together for Religious Freedom” Letter

Pres. Charles Sikorsky and Prof. Craig Titus joined Archbishop William Lori and 100 prominent national religious leaders and scholars, to sign an open letter on July 2, 2013, calling on the Administration and Congress to respect conscience rights and religious freedom.

The letter highlights the threat to conscience posed by the Administration’s mandate that the majority of employers cover contraception, sterilization and abortifacient drugs and devices in their health insurance plans.

Included among the signers are representatives from more than 25 religious groups, as well as scholars and heads of faith-based institutions and civil rights organizations.
