Financing Your Education
Financing your graduate degree doesn’t have to be daunting. At IPS, we’re continually developing and updating institutional and federal aid packages, and assisting students like you in locating other sources of state and private aid. Our goal is to help you at each step of the financial aid process to secure the aid you need.
Planning early and exploring all your options are keys to making your career aspirations a reality. And remember, investing in a higher degree, especially in the field of psychology, provides a guaranteed return on your investment.
Need confirmation? Check out the US Bureau of Labor Statics March 2012 report for employment growth for psychologists and mental health counselors.
The priority deadline to apply for institutional aid (assistantships) is March 1st. If funding is still available, late applicants will be considered.

“The education at IPS is an investment for a long and fulfilling future as a Catholic psychotherapist. What you sacrifice in the short term, you more than make up for in solid clinical training, thorough instruction in a Catholic anthropology, and substantive character development. We’re in it for the long haul.” Matt McCall, M.S., Psy. D. Student, Ohio
“I’ve seen firsthand the difference the IPS program makes in the lives of our students and the countless individuals, couples and families they’ve helped. My job is to assist you in making your education possible.” Elizabeth Purk, Financial Aid Officer
